Pretty Girls Who Serve exists to help women find and embrace their beauty in Christ, become rooted in their God-given identity and purpose, grow through genuine sisterhood, develop as servant leaders, and make the love of Jesus visible through meaningful service.
OUR VISION
We envision a world where women are no longer defined by culture, comparison, appearance, popularity, or perfection, but know they are beautiful, worthy, and called in Christ. Through a global sisterhood of faith-filled women, PGWS will transform campuses, communities, and generations through grace, leadership, sisterhood, and service.
WHY “PRETTY”
Pretty is not perfection, appearance, popularity, status, or performance. Pretty is the beauty made visible when a woman knows who she is in Christ and reflects Him through her character, confidence, compassion, leadership, relationships, and service.
OUR SYMBOLS
Pearls represent grace, wisdom, growth, maturity, refinement, and beauty formed over time. Rubies represent God-given worth, bold faith, courage, conviction, resilience, leadership, and purpose. A woman does not earn her worth through appearance, status, achievement, or perfection—she is valuable because she belongs to God.

MEET OUR FOUNDER
Founder & Executive Director
Shayna Vincent is a faith-centered educator, Florida A&M University alumna, student advocate, and the founder of Pretty Girls Who Serve and Esther Funds Foundation. For the past several years, she has worked alongside college students and families as they navigate financial hardship, emergencies, leadership, and the barriers that can interrupt a student’s education.
Shayna created Pretty Girls Who Serve to give women a genuine Christ-centered sisterhood where faith is lived through service. Her vision is to help women know their worth in Christ, grow into purposeful leaders, build meaningful relationships, and use their gifts to strengthen their campuses and communities.
