ROOTED prepares founders before interview. CALLED TO COMPLETION trains the full executive board. ONGOING LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT continues semester by semester. The pathways are not interchangeable and each keeps appointment, campus, membership, access, and authority decisions separate.

Seven visible stages support faithful formation without ranks of worth, secret processes, forced spiritual performance, hazing, or imitation pledge culture.

    PGWS and EFF are separate organizations.

    Training identifies where written approval, an executed MOU, campus rules, or separate organizational decisions control. It does not merge funds, data, programs, authority, or charitable status.
